In this tutorial, we will be expanding upon the color schemes, custom colors, the varying levels of customization features, allowing you to make your graphs aesthetically appealing to your users!
Note: This feature is only available in the premium version of Charts Ninja
To access this feature, head over to Look & Feel and scroll down.
Custom colors provide you with a myriad of options. We have explained each one with its label below.
The following graph depicts each one of the above 15 options so that you can easily change their colors.
Note: You need to add Y Axis Title and X Axis Title to be able to change their colors.
The following graph resembles all colors in the preceding screenshot:
Custom Sizes provides you with the ability to change text size for title, description, and labels. We have changed the custom size as per the following screenshot:
Here is how the graph will look like with the above changes:
You can even change the font type. Click the drop down menu to change from Default to Roboto or any type you like. This is how it will look like with Roboto:
Wanted to change the visual appeal of your chart by updating its background? Charts Ninja got you covered! We have different options under the Background category. You can easily change Transparency (on or off), background color, image (either via URL or browsing from your PC) and adjust the image behavior. Here is how the chart looks like transparent:
Here is with a background color:
How about a cool image? Once you upload an image, you will find three options to choose from:
- Cover - The entire image will be adjusted to cover the graph
- Contain - The image will adjust of its full size, along with another image.
- Original size - The image will adjust to its original size.
