Along with my other Post regarding the sign up directly on the site.

Have a check in time. Those that haven't checked in before time is up gets automatically removed before tournament starts.

  Good news - the feature is out! You may now set a range of dates that the signup will be opened.

  We definitely going to add an option to set a start date and an end date for signing up.
