Data Label Overlap?
AnsweredSo I built a bar chart to show a series of dollar values. For the highest value, the bar overlaps the data label so it is mostly unreadable. This seems to be an issue when the data value is close to the maximum value in the chart range. My question is: Can I change/expand the chart range so there is more room for the bar and the label? If not, it's a bug and needs to be fixed. It happens on both horizontal and vertical bar charts.

Thanks, Daniel. I can't link to the live site because it's not public yet, but here is a screen cap. When the data value approaches the maximum value in the chart range, the bar overlaps the data value label. It would be nice to be able to adjust the chart range to give it more room.

While I have your attention, there is one more bug that would be nice to fix. On the pie chart, when you add a prefix and suffix to the data value, it only appears when you hover over a segment of the pie chart. Otherwise, the data labels only show the value but not the prefix/suffix. Here's a screencap to illustrate. I added the "in millions" label to make up for it. Thanks for your help!

Just went live with the pages, so you can now view the pie chart prefix/suffix bug at https://www.miroadmap.com/tracker
The live version of the bar chart bug is available at https://www.miroadmap.com/chartx See the last bar for "Total ARP"
Thanks for your attention and let me know if you need anything else.

We fixed the chart bug with the prefix issue. As for the other issue, the link doesn't work (https://www.miroadmap.com/chartx)

If you remove the closing parentheses at the end of the url it should work. The ) became part of the url and that returns a page not found.

Just to add, the same bug happens in the vertical bar chart. I don't have a live example but can put one together if it helps.
And thanks for fixing the pie chart label bug. Really appreciate it!
