Add (optional) delay time to FB Messenger Chat Plugin

It would be awesome if we could delay the "Open By Default" setting of the Facebook Messenger Chat Plugin. I think it would feel more "realistic" to the user if the "Hey! How can I help?" popup happened 15-20 sec after page load.
