I subscribed for premium membership but don't have access to premium features

Sometimes, after creating a new subscription it could take a few minutes for the premium membership to apply.

If after 15 minutes you still don't have access to premium feature please don't hesitate to contact us so we could activate your premium membership manually. It's important that you'll add the following information to the description field:

• The tool you subscribed to (Feeder Ninja, Compare Ninja, etc.).
• The email address you signed up with.
• The PayPal email address you paid with / automatic payment number.

We'll do out best to get back to you ASAP.

In any case, please don't cancel the subscription before receiving a reply from us.
