When you subscribe to a plan at commoninja.com, your plan covers the number of widget instances you select, and the features included in your chosen tier (Essential, Pro, or Ultimate). Each individual widget you create counts as one instance.
However, you might run into confusion when:

You're using platform-specific apps (Shopify, Wix, Duda, Durable).

You're logged into a different Common Ninja account than the one you used to subscribe.
If you're unable to access premium features despite being subscribed, please confirm:

That you're logged into the correct account.

That the plan was purchased directly on our website, not through an external platform.
❌ Refund Policy
We offer full refunds only within 7 days of the original subscription purchase—provided the subscription was made directly on commoninja.com.
After 7 days, or for recurring charges, we unfortunately do not provide refunds, as per our refund policy.
🌐 Third-Party Subscriptions (Wix, Shopify, Duda, Durable, etc.)
If you subscribed to Common Ninja through a third-party website builder or app store, such as:
