How to Cancel Your Common Ninja Subscription

You may cancel your Common Ninja subscription at any time and your account will remain premium until the current billing cycle ends.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. On your dashboard page, locate and click on your user section in the left bottom corner.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. A new option window will open, click on the “Billing” option:
   
   
   
   
   
3. In the "Subscriptions" section on the billing page, select the subscription you want to cancel. Click on the three dots on the right within that subscription.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. In the newly opened options, select “cancel”.
   
   
   
   

Please note that the subscription will stay active until the end of the billing period.

What About Old PayPal Subscriptions?

If you subscribed with PayPal before August 2019, and the cancel subscription button doesn't work, please cancel the subscription directly from your PayPal account by following the detailed instructions here.

What Will Happen to My Data?

Absolutely nothing. Your data is safe and we won't delete any of the widgets you created. However, we will remove premium features such as premium skins, layout, private / link mode, ads removal, etc.
