The Slack integration feature enables you to receive a notification message to your Slack channel after a submission to your widget has been made.
This feature allows you to monitor your submission easily within Slack.
To access and manage the Slack integration follow these steps:
- In your Common Ninja editor, navigate to the Integrations tab. Select the Slack option from the list of available integrations.
- Once you've selected Slack, a new options tab will appear. Click on the "Connect Widget" button to establish the connection between your widget and slack
- You'll be directed to a new tab, where you'll need to sign in to your Slack workspace to continue the integration process.
- After signing in, you'll be prompted to select the channel where the submission messages should be sent.
Choose the desired channel for receiving submission notifications. - Once you've selected the appropriate channel, click on the "Allow" button to proceed with the integration process.
- Return to your widget editor after completing the integration setup.
That's it! Now, whenever a user submits information through your widget, the submission details will automatically be sent to your Slack channel. This ensures tracking of submissions within your Slack workspace.
