The "Form" tab in the Booking Widget is crucial for gathering necessary information from users who book a session. Here’s how to customize it:

Form Type:

Select the type of form you want to use. The options include basic or custom forms:

• Custom Form -Use or create a new custom form with our "Form Builder" widget, allowing for more flexibility and tailored fields.
  
  
• Basic - Provides essential fields without the need to create a different widget, making it quick and straightforward to set up.
  
  

Customizable Fields:

• Form Title: The form title appears at the top of the booking form, guiding users on what information to provide.
  
  
• Name Field Label: This label indicates the field where users should enter their name. 
  
  
• Name Field Placeholder: The placeholder text provides an example of what should be entered in the name field.
  
  
• Email Field Label: This label indicates the field where users should enter their email address.
