Here's a simple guide on how to add Common Ninja’s Widgets to Notion using the Embed block and the iframe Embed URL.
-
Get the Embed URL from Common Ninja:
- Go to your Common Ninja widget.
- In the "Add to Website" section, select the Iframe tab.
- Copy the Embed URL from the field titled "Embed URL" (as highlighted in your screenshot).
-
Open Notion:
- Navigate to the Notion page where you want to add the widget.
- Navigate to the Notion page where you want to add the widget.
-
Add an Embed Block:
- In Notion, click on the page where you want to add the widget.
- Type /embed to add an embed block, or manually select "Embed" from the block options.
-
Paste the Embed URL:
- Paste the copied Embed URL from Common Ninja into the Notion embed block.
- Click Embed Link or press Enter.
-
Resize the Widget (Optional):
- Once embedded, you can adjust the width and height by dragging the sides of the embedded widget inside Notion.
Tips:
- Ensure the widget is fully functional in iframe mode, as some features might not work as well in an iframe. Common Ninja may recommend using their SDK for enhanced functionality, but iframe embedding is often easier for quick integrations like this.
That's it! Your Common Ninja widget should now be embedded in your Notion page and functional.
