How to Add a Common Ninja Widget from the BigCartel App Market

Once you've created your Common Ninja widget from the BigCartel App Market, you can easily add it to your website.

Go to the My Widgets section to view all your widgets..

In the widget list, click on the Embed icon next to the widget you want to add.

In the window that opens, choose whether to display the widget on all pages (Globally) or on a specific page.

Adding the Widget to All Pages

The Global option is for widgets that appear over the page, like pop-ups, bars, and overlay windows.

To add the widget globally across all pages, simply click the Install Widget button

Adding the Widget to a Specific Page

If you wish to add the widget to a specific page on your BigCartel store, select the option to install it on a specific page.

Select the option to install it on a specific page.

In the next window, choose where the widget will appear on the page.

You can select to show it at at the top (before the content), at the bottom (after the content), or in a custom position. The custom option allows you to manually place the widget code within the page’s HTML.

When finished, click the Install Widget button to apply the widget to the page.
