Common Ninja's PDF Viewer widget allows you to seamlessly collect payments for your PDF files. By integrating payments directly into your PDF Viewer widget, you can streamline transactions and enhance the user experience for your customers.

In this article, we’ll guide you step by step through setting up a payment method for your  PDF Viewer.

Note:

• Currently, only PayPal is supported for payment processing.
• Only one-time payments are supported at this time. Subscription payments are not yet available.

Step 1 - Connect a Payment Method to Your Widget

To start accepting payments, you first need to integrate a payment method with your Audio Player widget. Follow this guide to learn how to set up and connect your preferred payment provider.

Step 2 - Configure the Pricing

1. Open the Payments Panel
   • Click on the Payments tab in the widget settings.
2. Set the Transaction Name
   • Enter a relevant name for the transaction (e.g., "Premium eBook Access"). This name will appear in the payment summary for both you and the customer.
3. Choose a Currency
   • Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu.

4. Set the Price
   • Enter the price you want to charge for each PDF file : 

navigate to Content → PDF Files and set the price for each file accordingly.

5. Enable Taxes (Optional)
   • toggle the Tax option and configure the tax settings.

Once you've completed these steps, click Save Changes to apply your pricing settings.

That's it! A shopping cart icon will now appear on your file, along with a Purchase button.

Clicking the button will open the payment screen, allowing users to complete their purchase seamlessly.

6. To disable the download and preview buttons:

• Go to Settings → Visibility.
• Find "Show Preview Button" and toggle it off.
• Find "Show Download Button" and toggle it off.
