The 'Manually Approve Comments' feature is for users who want to ensure that every comment goes through a review process before being publicly displayed.
This article will explain where to get the comments, and how to approve or delete them for better control on which comments get to your website.
-
After a comment is submitted on your website, navigate to your widget editor and click on the “Comments” tab:
- Within the “Comments” tab, you will see all your submitted comments. Select the comment you wish to address and navigate to the "Status" section where you will find the option to approve or disapprove the comment based on your preferences.
And that’s it!
All the comments that have been tagged as 'Approved' will be displayed on your website.

Hi, I have followed the steps mentioned here, but after approving comments, they are not showing on the website.
I tried disabling the "manually approve comments" option, and people are able to comment without our moderation, but once I refresh the page, the comments disappear. What may be the issue?
I have the same issue. No comments are showing up on my website.
