In each field of your form, you have the ability to set placeholders and hints, helping users in understanding what information is required for each field.
To add placeholders and hints to a field, navigate to the Content tab and then the Fields sub-tab. From there, choose the specific field you wish to modify. Within the General Settings category, you'll find the option to add these elements.
