How to Set the Klaviyo Integration

The Klaviyo integration enables you to link your Common Ninja form with Klaviyo, allowing the automatic addition of users who submit a form to your Klaviyo subscriber list.

Here's a step-by-step guide for connecting your form to Klaviyo:

1. In the Common Ninja editor, navigate to the Integrations tab. Within this section, locate and select the Klaviyo option.
   

   
   
   
   

2. Within the Klaviyo integration settings, you'll find a field labeled “API Key”, prompting you to enter your Klaviyo API key which provides the connection of your form to Klaviyo.
   

   
   
   
   

3. Head over to your Klaviyo account and create your Klaviyo API key. Make sure to create a “Full Access Key” to enable full connectivity between your form and Klaviyo.
   
   
   
4. Once you have your API key, return to the Common Ninja editor and paste it into the “API Key” field.
   

   
   
   
   

5. Then, click on the "Connect Widget" button to complete the integration process.
   

   
   
   
   

6. When integration is completed, you’ll see a new option called “Select a List.” Choose the list where you want to add your contacts.
   

   
   
   
   

7. Once you’ve selected your list, a new set of options will appear, allowing you to specify which form fields should correspond to which of your Klaviyo’s list fields.
   

   
   
   
   

   That's it! Now, every time a user submits your form, their email address will automatically be added to your Klaviyo contacts list, making your email marketing efforts more streamlined and effective.
