The Workflow Status feature in the Feature Voting widget allows you to track and display the progress of each feature suggestion. By updating the workflow status, you can keep users informed about the development stage of their requested features.
Steps to Change the Workflow Status of a Feature

Enable Workflow Status:
- Go to the widget editor.
- Navigate to the General Settings tab.
- Toggle on the “Enable Workflow Status” option.
This will allow you to manage and display the workflow status of features.

Access the "Entries" Tab
- In the widget editor, switch to the Entries tab.
- Here, you will see all the features submitted by users, along with their current statuses.

Edit the Workflow Status
- Locate the feature you want to update in the list.
- Click on the Workflow Status dropdown menu next to the feature.
- Select the appropriate status from the following options:
- Pending: The feature has been submitted and is under review.
- In Progress: The feature is currently being developed.
- Done: The feature has been implemented.
- Rejected: The feature will not be implemented.
- Pending: The feature has been submitted and is under review.
- Locate the feature you want to update in the list.

Save Your Changes
- After updating the workflow status, the change will be automatically saved.

View Changes on the Widget
- Return to the live widget to see the updated status displayed for the corresponding feature.
- Users will now be able to see the progress of their requests in real-time.

Tips
- Use the Show Workflow Filter option to allow users to filter features based on their workflow status.
- Customize the display of "Done" features in the Workflow Status settings to suit your preferences.
