The Participants table is an optional tab in your bracket that displays a clean list of everyone in the tournament. It helps visitors quickly see all participants in one place, along with their basic details, without scrolling through the bracket itself.
Inside it, visitors see a table with each participant’s name and an Info icon. Clicking the Info icon opens that participant’s full profile.
What the Participants table shows
The table is automatically built from the data you enter for each participant in the editor.
It pulls details from the Participants panel, such as:
participant name
thumbnail image (if added)
ranking (if used)
email, website, video URL (if added)
description or any other participant info you filled in
In short, if a participant has information in their profile, the Participants tab will show them in the list and make their info available through the Info icon.
Show or hide the Participants table
You control this from the main Settings panel.
Open your bracket in the editor.
Click Settings (gear icon) in the left sidebar.
Scroll to the Features section.
Find the toggle labeled Participants Table.
Switch it on or off:
On: The Participants tab appears on your bracket and shows the participant list.
Off: The Participants tab is hidden from visitors.
The preview updates immediately. Click Save Changes and Publish to apply the change on your live bracket.
Keeping the table accurate
To update what visitors see in the Participants table:
Open Participants in the left sidebar.
Edit any participant details (name, thumbnail, description, links, etc.).
Save and publish.
Any updates you make there are reflected automatically in the Participants table.
