Easily populate your bracket by importing your participant list in one go. Whether you’re running a small competition or a large tournament with dozens of participants, the CSV bulk import feature helps you set everything up in minutes.
Getting started
Before you begin, make sure your CSV file is formatted correctly.
Your file can include the following columns:
- Name (required)
- Description
- Image URL
- Website
- Video URL
You can also upload a very simple CSV that includes only participant names, with one name per line and no header row.

Steps to import your participants
1. Access the Participants tab
Open your Bracket widget in the editor and select the Participants tab from the left-hand sidebar. This is where all participants in your bracket are managed.
2. Open the bulk import menu
At the top of the participants list, click the Add Bulk icon. This opens the bulk participant options.
3. Select the CSV import option
In the Import Bulk window, you’ll see three tabs:
- Manual
- Import from Bracket
- Import from CSV
Choose Import from CSV.
4. Upload your CSV file
Click the cloud icon or drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area.
CSV files up to 10MB are supported.
5. Review and confirm
Once the file is processed, you’ll see the number of participants to add.
If everything looks correct, click + Add Participants to complete the import.
All participants from the CSV will be added instantly and placed into the bracket.
Tips and notes
- Bulk import is the fastest way to add large participant lists
- Empty rows in your CSV may create blank participants, so it’s best to clean the file beforehand
- You can mix bulk import with manual edits at any time
