How To Import or Add Bulk Participants to the Bracket?

At times, you may need more than 1 bracket, with some participants overlapping from your previous tournaments. Instead of re-entering their details and repeating the entire setup process, the Brackets widget offers a convenient solution to effortlessly import or add bulk participants to your existing bracket directly from other saved brackets.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to import or add bulk participants to your bracket:

1. In your widget editor, navigate to the Participants tab, and click on the Add Bulk icon.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. After clicking the Add Bulk icon, a popup window will appear. Here, you have two options for adding bulk participants:
   
   a. Manually Enter Names - Type each participant's name on a new line.
   
   
   
   b. Import Participants - Click the dropdown menu next to Select Bracket to choose the bracket from which you want to import participants. You can select specific participants or add all by clicking the check icon.
   
   

3. Once you are done adding all participants, the popup window will display the number of participants you're about to add. In the example, we've selected all 8 participants from another bracket.
   
   
   
   
   
   

4. Click the Add Participants button to incorporate the selected participants. The Participants panel will update, showing the newly added participants, and the bracket will automatically recalculate the total number of participants within your current bracket.
   
   
   
   
   

And that’s it! The bracket will now display the updated number of participants, reflecting the addition of the imported participants.
