Regenerating Behavior Instructions from a Website URL
When setting up the chatbot for the first time, it automatically generates instructions based on the website URL you provide. However, you can regenerate them at any time.
How to Regenerate Instructions:
- Navigate to the Behavior Instructions section.
- Click on the edit icon ✏️ next to the instructions.
- Select Regenerate from a Website URL.
- Enter the website URL and confirm.
- The chatbot will extract data and update its behavior based on the page content.
💡 Use this option if your website has been updated or if you want the chatbot’s responses to align with new content.
Manually Editing Behavior Instructions
You can customize instructions manually to fine-tune the chatbot’s behavior.
How to Edit Manually:
- Click the edit icon next to the Behavior Instructions.
- Modify the instructions as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
