You can view all chat messages between users and your AI chatbot by clicking on the Chat Messages icon in the left panel.
This section shows:
- The full conversation history
- User details like name, email, and phone number (see How to Collect User Information in Your CommonNinja AI Chatbot)
- The exact time the conversation started
You can also export the data to CSV for easy analysis.
